All sports bets placed through www39 are subject to the general betting rules set out here as well as the specific rules for each sport or market. In cases of conflict, the sport-specific rules take precedence.
Cricket & PSL: For Pakistan Super League and international cricket fixtures, markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Rain-affected matches settled under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method are settled on the official DLS result.

Balance on Closure: Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, www39 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is due to factors unrelated to misconduct — such as a player's voluntary request — the remaining PKR balance will be returned via the last used payment method after identity verification.
